Using this website
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
This website is run by Outsynk, 8 Rosebank Dr, Toronto, ON M1B 5Z3, Canada. You can reach us at hello@outsynk.com.
General information, not advice
Our articles, videos, guides and checklists share general information about technology and software projects. They are not advice for your specific situation, and you use them at your own discretion.
Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms ever conflict, the agreement wins.
Free guides and checklists
You are welcome to download our guides and use them in your own business, and to share a link to them.
Please do not sell them, or republish them as your own, without our written permission. They are provided as they are, without any guarantee that they suit your circumstances.
Our content and name
The content on this site, including text, design, the Outsynk name and logo, belongs to Outsynk unless we say otherwise. You may quote short passages with a credit and a link.
Fair use of the site
Please do not misuse the site: for example, by trying to break or overload it, getting around its security, or copying it in bulk by automated means.
Booking a call
Booking a call does not commit you to anything, and it does not commit us to taking on a project. We may need to reschedule, and we may decline work that is not a good fit.
Links to other sites
Some links take you to other services, such as YouTube or our scheduling and email providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there, and we are not responsible for their content.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Outsynk is not liable for any loss that results from using this website or relying on its free content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about them will be handled by the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
